Took my laptop in with charger port issues, got my computer back with half the keys not working & the touch pad not working at all. Was advised that I needed to use an external mouse & keyboard. I spent $221 to get a laptop back with a whole heap of issues it never had before. Wanted to charge me more money to ‘fix’ these problems. Do not recommend. EDIT: The guys contacted me within 2 days of my review willing to fix the problem for free. Unfortunately that laptop was unsalvageable due to it’s age & my cats love of sleeping on it. They did their best, they really did. Within 24 hours they had managed to clone my old laptop onto a new refurbished one that is very shmick and works better than my old one. They were very considerate that I lost none of my old data, were professional and talked me through the process the whole way. They worked hard to fit within my time constraints as a shift worker & did me a very good deal. I will be a repeat customer as they were courteous & put up with my lack of knowledge of computers and meltdowns about not having a laptop with a kind smile. Great job guys!

My computer was completely inoperable. Steven answered my call for help.He managed to save all my files and restored the computer to 'as new'.Great job done in very short time at good price.Would definitely recommend.

Great work, I had them come to my house 2 x days in a row to diagnose a problem with my gaming pc, both of these days were holidays and they came out right away, after testing a few scenarios they determined that my GPU was at fault and had a replacement in their stock ready to go, new GPU is installed, updated and working beautifully all within 2 x days! Couldn't be happier, very friendly staff!

I found The IT Technologies Technician Steven , very polite and extremely helpful.He was able to sort my issues with my IPad efficiently , and with professionalism and with expediency.He was able to explain to me any questions that I put to him re my IPad. He demystified several aspects of my IPad and my use age.I would highly recommend Steven and IT Technology to any future clients .
